   • Trade name and type of the product

   • For wood products:

     • Common name of all species included

     • Full scientific names of all species

2. Quantity of the Product

3. Country of production

4. Geolocation of Production Plots
   The method for providing geolocation depends on the size of the land:

   • For land ≤ 4 hectares:

     • Use either a polygon or a single point

     • Specify latitude and longitude coordinates to six decimal places

   • For land > 4 hectares:

     • Use polygons

     • Provide an adequate number of latitude and longitude points to accurately outline the perimeter of each plot

5. Date or time range of harvesting

6. Name of the business, postal address, and email address of the operator or trader

7. A copy of the FSC public summary report demonstrating that:

   • The relevant products are deforestation-free

   • The relevant commodities have been produced in accordance with the relevant legislation of the country of production.
